Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products from Aesthete Designs are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the purchase is complete. If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact us at support@aesthetedesigns.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Physical Products
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Unopened and Undamaged: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
- Return Request Period: You must request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aesthetedesigns.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at support@aesthetedesigns.com.
